Founded in 2022, Studio Flare brings together a passionate team of instructors with over 30 years of combined experience dedicated to inspiring and supporting every student. Run by a multi award winning married couple, who both met through pole themselves, we offer a diverse range of classes, including pole dance, aerial hoop, aerial silks, and flexibility, for both children and adults of all ages and abilities.
Located in the heart of Redditch, Studio Flare is proud to serve the local community and welcomes students from surrounding areas including Bromsgrove, Droitwich, and Alvechurch, as well as Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, and beyond. With convenient access for those traveling from nearby towns and villages, Studio Flare is your go-to destination for pole and aerial fitness in Redditch and the wider area.

Jade Bensilum
Co-Owner, Pole & Aerial Instructor
Jade has been in love with Pole and Aerial for over 10 years and has traveled across the world performing and teaching her workshops. Jade is also an XPERT Fitness Trainer, where she dedicates her time to training the trainers. She holds a number of national titles with her most recent achievements being IPAAT Champion on Champions 2024 & 2nd Place Level 5 Championship at PSO Amsterdam in 2023.
Not satisfied with just being a competitor, Jade has judged and organised a number of competitions. She prides herself on having experience from all angles as a regular on the judging scene and is also the co-owner of Pole Theatre UK and Elite Pole Championships. This led Jade on to launching her competition coaching platform The Competition Guru, where she helps her students reach their full potential!
Ollie Read
Co-Owner, Pole Instructor & Personal Trainer
Ollie is an international pole athlete who fell in love with pole & aerial 8 years ago. Not only is he a fully qualified XPERT trainer levels 1,2,3 & 4. He's also a level 3 personal trainer allowing him to fully understand how your body works and help you reach your full potential. Ollie has competed and placed in many national competitions, his most recent accomplishment being representing the UK at Pole Art Italy in the Men's Elite category and coming second in the elite category at Elite Pole Championships! He can't wait to share his knowledge and expertise with his students.
Lorna New
Pole Instructor
Lorna has been doing pole for over 10 years on and off, in between having two children. She had zero experience of fitness before she started pole, and now absolutely loves helping beginners find their passion for pole. Lorna will always be your biggest cheerleader!
Dima Barbara
Pole Instructor
Dima began her pole journey nearly 7 years ago and immediately fell in love with pole dancing as it perfectly combines her passion for dance and music. Now, as an instructor at Studio Flare, she finds so much joy in sharing her passion and helping others on their own pole journeys too.
Jade Prince
Pole Instructor
Jade first fell in love with pole in 2015, taking it seriously in 2016 attending any class she could get to and any workshop to learn from many of the pole greats. In 2017 she moved to Austria so she purchased my own pole to self teach and picked up classes again in 2018 up until she broke her wrist and then covid hit! After purchasing her house and rescuing her dog Frank she hadn’t had time (or money) to get back to class until sept 2023! She’s so happy to be back learning, creating art & expressing herself through pole and she’s even more excited to share her knowledge with you and help you grow in your own pole journey!
