Pole and aerial classes for adults
Our adult classes at Studio Flare are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. We offer a variety of sessions including pole dance and fitness, aerial hoop, aerial silks, and flexibility training, with classes suitable for complete beginners through to advanced/elite levels. Whether you're looking to try something new, improve your fitness, or challenge yourself with creative movement, our experienced instructors are here to guide you every step of the way. We also offer special one off classes as well as 121 or small group classes.

Beginner pole classes
New to pole? This is the perfect place to start! Our beginner pole classes are designed for complete beginners with no previous experience needed. You’ll learn the fundamentals of pole dance, including basic spins, holds, and transitions, while building strength, coordination, and confidence. Classes start at a gentle pace, with supportive instruction and plenty of time to practice. Whether you’re here to improve your fitness or try something totally new, this class will help you feel empowered, challenged, and excited for your pole journey.

Intermediate pole classes
Ready to level up your pole journey? Our intermediate pole classes are perfect for students who have mastered the basics and are looking to progress to more challenging tricks and combinations. You’ll work on developing your fundamentals, while beginning to explore transitions, combos, and fluid movement around the pole. This class focuses on building strength, control, and confidence as you move into more advanced content. These classes are suitable for those who are confident in their inverts, climbs, beginner spins, and leg hangs.

Higher intermediate/advance pole classes
In these classes, you'll explore more challenging shapes, combos, and transitions, with a focus on strength, control, and dynamic fluid movement. Our experienced instructors will guide you through creative sequences and advanced progressions to take your pole skills to the next level.
These classes are suitable for those who are working on or towards handsprings and ayeshas in all grips. If you're unsure whether this class is suitable for you, please check with your instructor before booking.

Basework, shapes and flow
This class is all about movement at the base of the pole. You'll explore a mix of grounded tricks, fluid transitions, and creative shapes both around the base and away from the pole. Some sessions may include learning short routines to music, helping you develop your flow and expression. Whether you're in heels or socks, you're welcome here – just be sure to bring knee pads to keep you comfortable as you move. These classes are suitable for students who are confident in their beginner movements such as spins, pirouettes and climbs.

Pole flow
In these classes, you’ll learn a short flow routine that combines movement around the pole and on the floor, focusing on fluidity, transitions, and musicality. It’s a great way to connect your tricks with style and expression, while building confidence in your movement. Just be sure to bring knee pads to keep you comfortable as you move. These classes are suitable for students who are confident in their beginner movements such as spins, pirouettes, and some floorwork movements.

Heels tricks
Get your heels on and join us for a class focused on building confidence, strength, and style in your heels! You'll learn a variety of tricks and combinations on both static and spin pole, designed to help you move with control and feel empowered while dancing in heels.
This class is not suitable for complete beginners, but is open to those who are confident with beginner spins, sits, and climbs. Knee pads are essential to keep you comfortable and protected during floor-based movement.

Each week, you’ll learn a new choreography set to music, blending smooth flow, enticing tricks, and bold expression. Heels and knee pads are highly recommended to keep you feeling fierce and comfortable as you move with irresistible grace and attitude. This class is all about embracing your authentic, sensual self through seductive, empowering pole dance.This class is not suitable for complete beginners, but is open to those who are confident with beginner spins, sits, and climbs.

Aerial hoop (all levels)
Soar, spin, and flow in our all-levels aerial hoop class! Whether you’re new to hoop or have experience, this class offers variations and progressions tailored to every student’s ability. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and grace while learning beautiful poses, spins, and transitions on and around the hoop. Our supportive instructors ensure everyone can challenge themselves safely and enjoy the journey, come discover the magic of aerial hoop at your own pace!

Experience the beauty and strength of aerial silks in a class designed for all levels. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, we offer variations and progressions tailored to your ability. You’ll learn climbs, wraps, drops, and graceful transitions while building core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our supportive instructors guide you safely through each move, helping you grow confidence and fluidity in the silks at your own pace.

Flexibility classes (all levels)
This floor-based stretch class is designed to improve your overall mobility and support your pole and aerial goals. Mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own for extra comfort. Each week’s class varies in format, incorporating a blend of techniques including active stretching, nerve glides, PNF, and passive stretches. Whether you want to increase your range of motion, reduce injury risk, or enhance your performance, this class will help you move more freely and feel stronger in your practice. You do not have to be flexible to attend these classes!

Flying pole
Designed for intermediate students and above, our flying pole classes focus on dynamic, spinny pole techniques that combine strength, precision, and fluid motion. This class is only suitable for those confident with spin pole basics, as you’ll be working on advanced spins, transitions, and aerial tricks that require control and body awareness. If you’re ready to take your pole skills to exhilarating new heights, this class will challenge and inspire you every step of the way.

Private classes
Private classes are a fantastic way to work one on one or in small groups with your instructor on your specific goals. Whether that's to learn a certain trick or work on your flow, we're here to help. Online classes
We offer online flexibility and pole conditioning classes. These are held through Zoom. For flexibility classes you’ll need some floor space, a yoga mat and yoga blocks. For pole conditioning you will need a pole. Both of these classes are designed to support your pole and aerial journeys working on mobility, flexibility and strength.
